Human-Equity was co-founded in 2009 in London and Paris with a vision of integrating the human factors in investment and entrepreneurship to a new level - bringing a structured and integrated approach to the human factors, supporting financial and social returns long-term.

John Oliver
Lisa Cramp
Business Psychologist

Lisa has over 30 years experience as a business psychologist, including 20 years with SHL, a world leader in psychometric testing. After holding executive and Managing Director positions at SHL UK, Lisa has consulted internationally on management assessment practices for multi-nationals such as Tesco, Astra Zeneca, E.ON, UBS, Deutsche Bank and BP. Lisa has worked for Private Equity and venture investment houses such as Amadeus Capital on HR due diligence and executive development, integrating a multi-dimensional assessment process (benchmarks, interviews, references).

Duncan Chapple
Organisational Development and Analysis

Duncan’s career spans Ovum, Omnicom, Deloitte and Lighthouse in a range of industry analyst roles. He is an international authority on the assessment and development of teams within large multinationals. Before Lighthouse he successfully founded and directed the international analyst relations business of Brodeur Worldwide. His clients have included BT, Cable and Wireless, Cisco, Citibank, Ericsson, Hewlett-Packard, Hitachi, IBM, Phillips, Siemens and Tata. . Duncan trained in organisational development at the Tavistock Clinic, London and completed his MBA at the London Business School and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He has BA with honours from the University of Manchester, and a MSc in business analysis from City University.

Alex Dawes
Psychology Profiling and Assessment

Alex has worked in occupational psychology since 1981 when she moved from Coopers & Lybrand to join the leading international psychometric assessment publisher SHL (with operations in 35 countires), becoming Managing Director. Alex has over 20 years of experience in profiling and assessment of managers and executives. Alex specialises in both one to one coaching as well as workshops for executive development. Alex has worked with FTSE 100 companies such as Tesco, Sony, Astra Zeneca, UBS, Deutsche Bank and E.ON. Alex has trained at INSEAD and is a member of the British Psychological Society.

Dr Martin Egan
Psychology Profiling and HR Performance Specialist

Martin’s expertise is in organisational diagnostics, psychology profiling and senior executive coaching for clients such as Axa and McKinsey. Martin’s work has always involved interdisciplinary projects requiring careful understanding and communication. During Martin’s twelve years as an analytical scientist in the biosciences, he was selected to lead change management projects and to transform underperforming teams. Martin has operated as an organisational development and coaching consultant across a range of organisations since 2004. Martin has a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Greenwich and a Masters in analytical psychology with distinction from Middlesex University, UK.

Adrian Furnham
Business Psychologist

Adrian is a leading international authority on psychology and peformance in the workplace. Educated at the London School of Economics and Oxford University, Adrian has consulted and lectured widely abroad and has written over 650 scientific papers and 48 books including The Incompetent Manager (2003), The Dark Side of Behaviour at Work (2004), The People Business (2005) and Personality and Intellectual Competence (2005). Adrian is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society and is ranked the second most productive psychologist in the world since 1980. He is on the editorial board of a number of international journals. He writes regularly for the Sunday Times and the Daily Telegraph and is a regular contributor to BBC radio and television. Previous clients have included Hambros Bank, Barclays Bank, Lloyds Bank, Abbey Life, Cathay Pacific Airways, Channel Four, Boots, Ritz Hotel, British Rail, Air New Zealand, Marks and Spencer, the Foreign Office, BT, and TWA.

Guillaume Helloco
Management Development Specialist

Guillaume has developed a deep skill set in management transformation through 15 years of experience in corporate turnarounds. Working for French multinational groups primarily in the meat products sector, Guillaume led significant financial and organizational changes to respond to economic crisis situations at sites in France and Spain. With a fundamentally people-orientated approach, Guillaume has drawn on extensive research to create transformation tools for both personal and teams performance. Guillaume's coaching clients are senior executives and managers of teams of over 500 people, facing high levels of pressure for results. Guillaume is a biologist and food engineer by training and has a Master of Business Administration at IAE Paris, and is bilingual in Spanish. ᐧ

Beatrice Jeandin
Finance and Organisational Development

Beatrice has extensive experience of 25 years in corporate finance, having held senior management positions at Procter & Gamble, LVMH, Manpower and DMC. She has developed specialized skills in the area of ​​monitoring the overall organisational performance that supports the leaders and their teams. Convinced that the leverage of performance lies primarily in human capital, at heart of her mission is building bespoke performance tools that enable all the talents of the company to come to the fore. Beatrice has Masters and Advanced Masters degrees from Université Paris Dauphine.

Bo Lynggaard
Organisational Development (MA Psychology Arhus University)

Bo’s roles include designing and implementing integrative approaches to organisational development, engaging at every level executives, managers and employees. Working initially in this role at a medium sized consultancy in Denmark (Ankerhus), Bo’s remits were directly aligned with the strategic commercial goals of each client. Based on extensive experience in human resource assessment tools, Bo founded Human-Equity in Denmark, with clients across Europe. Bo was previously HR Manager at Ementor and eterra A/S, both in Denmark, responsible for all aspects of recruitment, talent assessment and development.

Matthieu Langeard
Psychology and Talent Assessment

Matthieu has a unique combination of 15 years experience in investment portfolio management, and as a pioneering researcher in applied psychology and talent assessment. Working in the 'Talent Investment' team at AXA Investment Managers, Paris, Matthieu developed, tested and applied talent evaluation and risk assessment relating to leaders, managers and project developers. Prior to AXA, Matthieu was an Investment Advisor for eight years at Crédit Agricole, and then Portfolio Manager for seven years at CIC’s private banking service (CIC Banque Privée) in Paris. Mathieu has a BSc from the Paris-Dauphine University, and a Masters from Crédit Agricole's Institute (IFCAM).

Dr Craig Marsh
HR Performance Specialist

15 years in management consultancy, academia and in senior HR roles have provided Craig with expertise in assessment in advanced HR, leadership and behavioural theory. Craig’s work assignments include delivery of HR strategy at board level, and advanced HR practice at operational level; design, development and delivery of development, consultancy and training programmes in the UK and Europe; management of major organisation development and change projects. Past clients: BP, ING Bank, BAeS, Amadeus, Andersen Consulting, Cable + Wireless, L’Oreal, Orange, Philips, Texas Instruments, Akzo Nobel. Craig has a PhD in performance-led HR from Lancaster University.

John Oliver
Strategy and Organisational Development

John's career of twenty years has been built on bridging the two worlds of technology development and commercial strategy, in the telecoms, satellite and electronics sectors. A chartered IMechE engineer from Brunel University in London and an MBA with honors from EDHEC (formerly Theseus) in Nice, France, John has built over the past ten years a parallel expertise in the human dimensions of organisational design and continuous executive development. Based on a research project in collaboration at the MBA school on turnaround case studies tracked for over 4 years and across 6 countries (Denmark, Brazil, UK, France, India, Australia), John has developed an integrated approach based on the testing and selecting the best strategy and organisational development tools (with clients in USA and UK). John's strategy consulting clients include Ericsson, France Telecom, British Telecom, Airbus, and the European Commission. John currently teaches strategy and organisational development at the IGS University in Toulouse, France.

John Sutherland
Business Psychology, Due Diligence (BSc, University of Wales, UK)

John started his career as a psychologist in the health service. He went into consultancy in 1990 and has since specialised in working with senior management teams and boards. John has over 10 years of due diligence experience in assessing senior management teams on behalf of investors, against the challenges inherent in the business plan. Continuous development of senior teams over time (typically 6 - 9 months) is supported by John, as they progress in their growth strategies. Past investor clients investors include 3i, Aberdeen Asset, Bank of Scotland, Barclays Ventures, Dunedin, Endless, Legal and General, and Steadfast Capital.

Barend Van Der Vorm

Barend is the President of the Monaco VC and Private Equity Association, and manages a portfolio of private equity investments, since 1997. He founded CentreCourt in Monaco which supports high-growth companies and develops entrepreneurial strategies. He is a member of the investment committee of a Dutch private equity firm and serves as honorary consul of the Netherlands to Monaco.
